STRATEGIC DIRECTION

One of our principles in the IKK Group is that we believe in the capacities and competitiveness of the local labor force. Inline to achieve an excellent level and the fulfillment of the Ministry of Labor’s Nationalization Program, local hiring has been intensified, as evidenced by the significant growth in the hiring of Saudi Nationals.

Our National Human Resources team has systematized the control and coordination of visa utilization by establishing a steady system flow through proper channels. We have minimized staff turnover by maintaining a harmonious work environment and demonstrating care for every employee through open communication and periodic counseling while maintaining and enforcing high standards of ethical conduct.

Our Human Resources team has also fully supported the integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) that streamlined HR workflow, payroll system, communication, and accessibility to a non-centralized workforce.

LEADER TRAINING

The IKK Group has an unwritten tradition of developing its managers and leaders within the company rather than going out and hiring them. The Group believes in investing in young talented individuals who one day will be capable of managing their teams. As this has been going on for a while at IKK, all current managers and leaders understand the importance of guiding and training all team members. Having this embedded in the culture allows the Group to have employees step up into higher roles with ease continuously.

It is a fixed principle within the Human Resources Department at IKK Group to recruit and hire employees regardless of race, color, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, sect, or gender. At IKK, the Human Resources and Development department’s task is to handle all personnel matters such as recruitment, social services, residence permits, timekeeping, staff files, staff insurance policies, HR seminars, and training programs.
